The hotel is beautiful and well appointed. The staff is gracious and professional. The room (1106) was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was very large with nice amenities, however the shower was not sealed properly and leaked all over the bathroom floor. Other than that, the experience was perfect. |

The hotel was great. The service was exceptional. There is no air conditioning in the bathroom and that is rather uncomfortable, but they brought a fan to the room and that helped. The work out facility is superb!
We still prefer the location of the Ritz Carlton, but would consider going back again if the prices don't climb too much. |

It was, literally, perfect. The hotel staff took ownership of making sure that my son and I lacked nothing and that our very utmost wishes became fulfilled plans; from the door, to the desk, to the concierge, to the restaurant, to the spa and pool,... everyone, in every department, at all times. I can only speak highly of everyone. Thanks.
This was my son's first Spring-break; freshman in the 22nd ranked high school in the nation. He's working hard and only had 4 days. This week-end, in Chicago was almost magical for us, for him, because of the efforts and care of this hotel's staff. |

A perfect experience. It is a nice personal touch to be welcomed back to a hotel that you've only stayed at one time. The staff made it a point to wish Ryan a happy birthday and it definitely made him feel special. |
