I have used you 3 or 4 times so far, and each time have experienced consistent and extraordinary service, always finding good deals in great hotels. The trip was terrific. We were very happy with the hotel selection. The location was perfect; we could walk everywhere. The room we were assigned turned out to be right beside the elevator, so we returned to the front desk and were given another room right away. We bumped into friends from home while there, and they couldn't believe what we were paying for our hotel. I m a devoted fan.

The Elysian was over the top. I tried the Balsan restaurant and it was fantastic. Every attention to detail was always considered. The staff are very friendly and the fact they don't accept tips is very refreshing. I recommend to anyone staying at the hotel to take advantage of the spa. Even if you don't get a treatment you can use the spa complimentary including the whirlpool, steam and sauna. I will definitely stay at The Elysian the next time I am Chicago. Most importantly I appreciate your staff calling and requesting an upgrade which I got. The room was amazing and having private large furnished deck was wonderful. I am so happy Magellan recommended I stay at this hotel

Sandra, thanks so much for your help in finding the perfect hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. I had searched dozens of luxury hotels before I found Magellan Vacations and you made everything so easy. You found a phenomenal hotel within my price range - much better than I could do on my own. It was so nice of you to let the Trump Hotel know about Mike's birthday that weekend. They all wished him a Happy Birthday as we arrived and left.
The room at the Trump International and Towers Hotel was spectacular! We were in a studio that was huge (670 sq ft) on the 23rd floor with floor-to-ceiling window view of the Chicago River, Navy Pier, and the famous tower with the large clock. We were 7 floors above the Restaurant Sixteen's outside deck). Each Trump employee we encountered wished my husband Happy Birthday (Front Desk staff, Turn Down Service, Room Service, Valets). All of the employees made it their business to know that it was his birthday. They even sent up a birthday card and a special complimentary cake for Mike's birthday 10 minutes after we were in the room. The Concierge was so helpful - shopping around for and making special dinner reservations for us days before we arrived. Trump International was one of the most pleasant stays we've ever had in Chicago. They treated us like royalty to such a great degree - a caliber of service that we have not experienced in other luxury hotels before. Thanks so much for finding this room at such a great price for us! We will definitely contact you again when we plan our next trip. |

Myles was great...admittedly we were not big spenders here, but here's the thing, he treated us with the courtesy and service I think he probably reserves for everyone regardless of means. The accommodations were exactly as he described them, the hotel accommodating in giving us free of charge a slight upgrade, the staff available, courteous, and helpful. We are not that familiar with Magellan and certainly will not ever be high end spenders but I intend in our next trip to contact Myles for help, and as a business consultant with executives to spread the word about who you are, what you do.
