I was told they had a wonderful get away. My mother n law enjoyed the hotel and the amenities. I forwarded her the email to take part in the survey. Again, you did a terrific job setting up the get away for both of us to enjoy our anniversaries. Please forward this email to your manager/supervisor.
I am so grateful that great customer service still exists. You made the anxiety of planning a getaway enjoyable and relaxing. I will highly refer friends and family to you for similar services.

Hi,
My name is Monique and my husband and I recently traveled to Chicago. I came across your website after extensive research on places to travel. My husband and I started taking annual trips a few summer's ago once our children reached a certain age. Having been an International Flight Attendant (many years ago) as well as my mother having been a travel agent for over 20 years, I have been bitten by the traveling bug! As a result, researching places to travel in this internet age, is an addictive habit of mine. I never thought about using a travel agency until I came across your website. I was not disappointed! In fact, it was nice to be able to bounce ideas off of those who do this for a living. And, bounce I did! Austin and Josh were not only extremely professional and courteous, but patient! They spent a lot of their time answering my questions. In the end, I settled for The Drake (with an incredible upgrade that you guys provided) when I had my eye on the unavailable Dana Hotel. Both Josh and Austin professionally emphasized that The Drake was a nice hotel where we would not be disappointed. Even though I was familiar with The Drake, I was intrigued by The Dana Hotel and was disappointed that it had been unavailable. Our trip to Chicago was one of the best and a lot of that was due to The Drake Hotel. It was not only one of the nicest hotels we've visited but also far superior to The Dana. Austin and Josh's advice was spot on and most appreciated by this picky traveler. And, the upgrade that your agency was able to provide is above and beyond any upgrade I have ever received from any agency (when I use to use them)! I cannot express my appreciation enough except to say....I will be back! I just wish I had discovered you all a long time ago! |

The over all experience was the greatest, we couldn't ask for any better. The location was only 4 or 5 blocks from State and Rush where all the best dinning is. We were really impressed and will use your services again, it made for one of the best vacations we have ever had. I don't think you could beat the price. Thanks
